30 Minute AMRAP Of…
500 M run. Go to 250 mark and come back in through back side of the gym…
Then box jump circuit
Then 10 R.Twists(1-1)
Then Over the bar burpee circuit
Then 1 rope climb
Followed by duck walk from bay door of 105 to the go sign…

Wash, Rinse, Repeat!!!
